Written by ca no commentsThe Institute for Atmospheric and Earth system Research (INAR), in the University of Helsinki is looking for an Assistant professor/Associate professor/Professor, Atmospheric Sciences and Physics in Biogeochemical cycles (ICOS) in Helsinki. The work of the professor is closely connected to ICOS and particularly to ICOS science, i.e. carbon, nitrogen and water cycles and greenhouse gas budgets and perturbations.
There are also three open positions in the research group of Mari Pihlatie, two postdocs and one PhD student to study the role of trees in methane and nitrous oxide exchange of forests. The projects are funded by European Research Council (ERC) starting grant and Helsinki Institute of Life Science (HiLIFE). More info below, or directly from Mari Pihlatie.
